WHAT YOUR TICKET SUPPORTS

The JMB Memorial Reef Project started in 2018, creating an artificial divers playground in 70’ of water, off the coast of Ft Lauderdale Beach. With 5 total deployments to the reef we cannot THANK our Sponsors, Donors, and participants enough for making this dream become a reality. We are currently working on an additional reef project in another location in Broward County. This reef will be deployed in 25’-30’ to allow future coral planting and data collection, studying regrowth on our coral reef system.

In 2023 we have partnered with NSU creating the John Michael Baker Endowed Travel Fund to the Halmos College of Arts and Science. Additionally in 2023 the foundation has awarded St Anthony Catholic School $25,000 to the addition of their new Innovation Center, dedicating the center to Johnny. This brings our total to $250,000 donated to education.

We are excited to bring our supporters and anglers together again this year for our annual JMB Fishing Tournament. Your support makes all the difference.
